CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Bo Hagler brings more than 25 years of high-tech product planning and strategy experience to MFG.com. Bo guides the company’s vision and provides corporate leadership in the strategic areas of technology and research, operations, and performance excellence.
Prior to leading MFG.com, Bo was Vice President of Research & Development at QAD, Inc. He joined QAD in 2006 through the acquisition of his company, FBO Systems, Inc., where he was founder and CEO. In this role, he was responsible for leading the company’s supply chain product strategy and product launch. While at QAD, Bo also ran several strategic business units responsible for sales, service, product management and research and development.
He received his bachelor’s degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
As CTO for MFG.com, Jean-François Blachon is responsible for product strategy, architecture and implementation to enhance online presence and overall user experience. Prior to joining MFG.com, Jean-François worked in the CAD and ERP area for many years. He used that knowledge to create SourcingParts.com, the enterprise supplier management and cloud-based eSourcing platform that was sold to MFG.com in 2006, now known as LiveSource. In addition to creating LiveSource, Jean-François also took part in the successful development of LeShop.ch, iTaste.com, youfinity.com, Lunajets.com and RampUpIT.com. He had an integral role in creating and implementing RampUpIT.com, the digital agency that assists companies with the transformation of their digital presence.
GENERAL MANAGER, EUROPE
Francois is the General Manager of MFG.com’s marketplace and LiveSource.com business in Europe. He has overall responsibility for the growth and quality of the marketplace as well as growing the base of the LiveSource.com customers in Europe. François has a strong background in Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain and was a key player in the success of SourcingParts.com which has been acquired by MFG.com in 2006. As Vice President of Sales & Development, he was in charge of growing the revenue of the European company through defining the product roadmap as well as building a strong customer base form very different industries such as Thalès, Safran, Schneider Electric, Dassault Aviation, Cartier, MGI Coutier, Babolat. Prior, François worked for a decade in the hydraulic and Industrial hose industry, building his deep domain experitse in the manufacturing industry.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
As Chief Operating Officer, Olivier is responsible for overall operations, product management and quality control for LiveSource. Olivier began his career in Connecticut USA as an engineer developing CNC machining programs for Swiss companies, serving customers such as Allied Signal, GE Aerospace, Kodak, Litton Guidance, Dupont de Nemours and others. Upon his return to Europe, Olivier refocused his career on the field of purchasing and obtained his MBA. He worked for Black & Decker Europe and then Jean Gallay SA as a purchasing director for 10 years. Later, Olivier helped found SourcingParts.com (now known as LiveSource) and used his purchasing process knowledge to lead product development and operations. In addition to LiveSource, Olivier also acts as Company Director for the European offices of MFG.com Europ SA.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As Chief Financial Officer, Howard is responsible for overseeing the global Finance, Accounting, and Financial Reporting functions for MFG.com. Howard brings over 18 years of domestic and international accounting and finance experience to the company. Prior to joining MFG.com Howard served as VP of Finance for CDC Software where he managed global revenue recognition, billing, collections and revenue accounting. Howard holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Loyola University Chicago and is a CPA.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
As Chief Marketing Officer, Chris is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of MFG’s marketing and advertising initiatives. Chris brings over 20 years of marketing and online startup experience to the role.
Prior to joining MFG.com, Chris founded Chris Mitchell Marketing, a full service marketing agency, in 1995. In 2002, Chris founded Federal Flags, LLC, (federalflags.com) an online retailer of flagpoles, flags and custom-printed vinyl banners. Both companies still operate today.
In addition to these companies, Chris has been the founder or co-founder of numerous other Internet startups and also served as Director of User Experience for MFG.com from 2005 to 2007.
Chris brings to MFG.com a relentless focus on creating first class products that provide significant value to customers and then successfully marketing them.

Frank X. Dalton
Frank X. Dalton is one of the founders of Fulcrum Equity Partners, a growth equity fund with over $140 million under management, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to serving on MFG.com’s board, Frank also sits on the board at ContactatOnce, LSN Mobile, Preparis, Path-Tec and Bruder Healthcare. Frank has over 17 years of experience in private investing and has been involved directly and indirectly in over 120 investments, including several successful exits, such as, Accipiter, Secure Tax, Call Center Technology, Magnet Communications, Intertech, Digital Envoy, Constructware and Compliance 360.
