Bo Hagler brings more than 25 years of high-tech product planning and strategy experience to LiveSource. Bo guides the company’s vision and provides corporate leadership in the strategic areas of technology and research, operations, and performance excellence.
Prior to leading LiveSource, Bo was Vice President of Research & Development at QAD, Inc. He joined QAD in 2006 through the acquisition of his company, FBO Systems, Inc., where he was founder and CEO. In this role, he was responsible for leading the company’s supply chain product strategy and product launch. While at QAD, Bo also ran several strategic business units responsible for sales, service, product management and research and development.
He received his bachelor’s degree in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
As CTO for LiveSource, Jean-François Blachon is responsible for product strategy, architecture and implementation to enhance online presence and overall user experience. Prior to joining LiveSource, Jean-François worked in the CAD and ERP area for many years. He used that knowledge to create SourcingParts.com, the enterprise supplier management and cloud-based eSourcing platform now known as LiveSource. In addition to creating LiveSource, Jean-François also took part in the successful development of LeShop.ch, iTaste.com, youfinity.com, Lunajets.com and RampUpIT.com. He had an integral role in creating and implementing RampUpIT.com, the digital agency that assists companies with the transformation of their digital presence.
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Kurt has 30 years experience in Enterprise Software Sales, Operations, Professional Services. Most recently spent 4 years as VP for the Americas at Trimble Inc. (Field Service Management division). Kurt was responsible for a complete turnaround from $1 million in new bookings in 2014 to over $20 million in 2017.
Kurt has held Sales leadership positions at Infor Global Solutions, JDA, SAP and JBA international. Also participated in several “Startup” organizations successfully driving revenues and profits to logical exit strategies.
Kurt graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics and resides in Kalamazoo Mich. Proud father of three and married 26 years to Susan Wyman.
VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
GENERAL MANAGER, FRANCE
François has 25 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. The past 18 years have been focused on Supplier Collaboration, Marketplaces, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain optimization, Quality, and Program Management.
François was a Key player in the development of LiveSource in Europe, using his strong domain expertise in the manufacturing Industry to build the customer base and relationships that allows him to drive the product strategy & development.
François graduated from the ISG with a Master’s in International Business Management. François resides in Paris, France, where he leads the LiveSource France company.
VICE PRESIDENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE
As Chief Operating Officer, Olivier is responsible for overall operations, product management and quality control for LiveSource. Olivier began his career in Connecticut USA as an engineer developing CNC machining programs for Swiss companies, serving customers such as Allied Signal, GE Aerospace, Kodak, Litton Guidance, Dupont de Nemours and others. Upon his return to Europe, Olivier refocused his career on the field of purchasing and obtained his MBA. He worked for Black & Decker Europe and then Jean Gallay SA as a purchasing director for 10 years. Later, Olivier helped found SourcingParts.com (now known as LiveSource) and used his purchasing process knowledge to lead product development and operations. In addition to LiveSource, Olivier also acts as Company Director for the European offices of LiveSource Europ SA.
Frank X. Dalton

Frank X. Dalton is one of the founders of Fulcrum Equity Partners, a growth equity fund with over $140 million under management, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to serving on LiveSource’s board, Frank also sits on the board at ContactatOnce, LSN Mobile, Preparis, Path-Tec and Bruder Healthcare. Frank has over 17 years of experience in private investing and has been involved directly and indirectly in over 120 investments, including several successful exits, such as, Accipiter, Secure Tax, Call Center Technology, Magnet Communications, Intertech, Digital Envoy, Constructware and Compliance 360.
